Through a subcontract, PKMG also performs Property Management & Preservation Services to
the ORE (Owned Real Estate) portfolio of the FDIC properties in Florida, Georgia, Alabama, South
Carolina, North Carolina, New York, Michigan, and Illinois, with capabilities to offer these services on
a nationwide basis.
PKMG continues to expanded its client base to provide property management services to additional Government Agencies and asset management firms for foreclosed residential properties. or

P.K. Management Group, Inc. (PKMG) is a Florida-based, minority owned, full service real estate management company with extensive experience in preserving and maximizing asset values for public and private clients. PKMG is currently serving as the prime Field Service Manager (FSM) for Contract Areas 1S (AZ, NV, and ID) and 2A (FL, AL, GA, MS, PR, and USVI) under the HUD Single Family Management & Marketing Program (M&M III). PKMG also serves as Prime Subcontractor on the same FSM contract in an additional 38 U.S. States and Territories.
